Pinnacle Speech Pathology is committed to meeting the privacy requirements outlined in the Privacy Act, the Australian Privacy Principles, and the Privacy Amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches) scheme, as applicable to organisations delivering disability services.

We also adhere fully to the consent requirements set out in the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.

All individuals have the right to access information about how their personal data is collected, used, and protected.

Clients may request access to their personal records at any time by speaking directly with their therapist.
